Airbus: order of new planes by Air France-KLM

(CercleFinance.com) – In order to improve its economic and environmental performance by renewing its fleet, Air France-KLM announces that its Board of Directors has approved a firm order for four Airbus A350F freighters for Martinair, a KLM subsidiary.

They will replace the four Boeing 747Fs currently operated by KLM Cargo and Martinair, and will thus be added to the four other Airbus A350F freighters ordered in December 2021 for Air France. These deliveries are expected from the second half of 2026.

The board also decided on a firm order for three additional Airbus A350-900 passengers for Air France, aircraft which will replace previous generation aircraft and whose deliveries are expected in 2024.
