Airbus: price target increased at Barclays

(CercleFinance.com) – Barclays reaffirms its ‘overweight’ recommendation on Airbus, with a price target raised from 152 to 154 euros, as the aircraft manufacturer approaches the publication of its results for the 2023 financial year, scheduled for February 15.

‘The results will see the introduction of financial targets for 2024, the first under the aegis of the new financial director, Thomas Toepfer, who we expect to exercise appropriate caution,’ points out the broker.

‘It would not surprise us if these forecasts were lower than the consensus of 7.3 billion euros for adjusted EBIT and 5.1 billion euros for free cash flow,’ he warns on this subject. .
