DUBLIN, May 4 (Reuters) – Airbus has consolidated its plan to increase production of A320 Family aircraft, with a target of 75 aircraft per month by 2025, a 50% increase from current levels, while the aeronautical group published better than expected quarterly results on Wednesday.

The world’s largest aircraft manufacturer, Airbus is betting that the rebound in demand in the travel sector will allow it to exceed its current production target of 65 aircraft per month by mid-2023, even as it face, in the short term, increased risks of disruptions in supply chains.
