(CercleFinance.com) – Volaris, an ultra-low-cost Mexican airline, has presented its order for 25 A321neos under a purchase contract signed in October 2022.
These aircraft bring Volaris’ total order book to 143 A320neo Family aircraft.
“These A321neos will support our long-term viability and sustainability strategy, while bringing us closer to operating an all-Neo fleet by 2028,” said Enrique Beltranena, President of Volaris.
“As the fleet expands, the airline will be well positioned to meet future demand, particularly in the Mexican leisure market,” said Christian Scherer, chief commercial officer and director of Airbus International.
