After “Smoking makes you cough”, Alain Chabat will reunite with Jean-Pascal Zadi in season 2 of “En place”, a success at the start of the year on Netflix.
Netflix and Alain Chabat, it’s a serious story. While he is developing an animated series around the world of Asterix for the platform, the ex-Nul is also joining another original program from the streaming giant.
He will thus star in season 2 of En place, the comedy series created by Jean-Pascal Zadi and François Uzan, released last January and which was one of the great Netflix successes of the beginning of the year.

In the comedy cast, we can also find Éric Judor, Benoît Poelvoorde, Fadily Camara, Marina Foïs, Panayotis Pascot and even Fary.
As reported by BFMTV, last Thursday, on the occasion of the 25th La Rochelle Fiction Festival, Ingha Mago, member of the Netflix France creative team, declared:
We’re super happy because today begins filming for season 2 of En Place, with an exclusive, super special guest: Alain Chabat. We are super proud.
And this won’t be the first time Jean-Pascal Zadi And Alain Chabat will cross paths: in fact, they were both in the casting of the comedy Smoking Makes You Cough, presented out of competition at Cannes in 2022 – the first in one of the main roles and the second lending his voice for the project.
The same year, Jean-Pascal Zadiwinner of a César for his role in Tout Simplement Noir, was also one of the guests on the show The Late with Alain Chabatbroadcast on TF1.
For the moment, we do not know the role thatAlain Chabat will hold in fiction or when this season 2 will be broadcast.
In the meantime, season 1 can be seen exclusively on Netflix.
