New shocking statements in the case between the Delon family and Hiromi Rollin. In July 2023, the actor’s children, Anouchka, Alain-Fabien and Anthony filed a complaint for “moral harassment and abuse of weakness” against Hiromi Rollin. On July 28, 2023, she counter-attacked by filing a complaint against them for “counts of violence in meetings leading to incapacity not exceeding 8 days, slanderous denunciation and theft”, as announced by the public prosecutor of Montargis. Once described as the actor’s “companion lady”, she in turn spoke in the newspaper The Parisian in September 2023 in order to clarify the nature of their relationship: “it’s a love relationship that has lasted for 33 years. That suits him [Anthony Delon, NDLR.] to call me a companion to justify the complaint, and thus erase 17 years of common life with their father”. The actress then opened up about the moments after her father suffered a stroke. While the actor was having surgery, Anouchka Delon explained that only the family was present at his bedside, notably his late ex-wife Nathalie Delon and his three children. “We have nothing against her [Hiromi Rollin, NDLR.], it’s just that for us, she was a lady who worked in the countryside. Even my father’s personal assistant asked to come see him. We said: ‘no, this is the family, you will come and see him in due time’, she added. The young mother then continued her story by revealing that her father’s alleged partner had attacked her husband during a visit to the hospital. “When she arrived at the clinic, he was in intensive care, it had been maybe 24 hours since he came out of the operating room. I was with my father at his bedside, she remembered. She takes Julien, my husband, aside and begins to say to him: ‘What am I going to do if something happens to him? I have nothing, I don’t work, I have no money. He is the one who keeps me alive. How will I do ?“.
