Alain Delon placed under reinforced curatorship: Anouchka makes a strong decision

After a little more than two hours of hearing, the Montargis court decided, on April 4, to place Alain Delon under assisted curatorship. A court decision that her daughter, Anouchka Delon seems to accept since her lawyer, Frank Berton confirmed on RTL to Amandine Bégot’s microphone, this Thursday, April 11, that she will not appeal. “If she doesn’t appeal, we don’t”, he declared on the air. However, he had described this placement under curatorship as “excessive” and D'”humiliating”.

This decision is an assistance measure put in place when a person can act alone, but needs ongoing assistance or monitoring for important actions such as obtaining a loan or selling real estate. Alain Delon therefore still has a certain autonomy, but no longer has power over his financial resources. This placement under curatorship can last five years and be renewed once. Since January 25, Nathalie Delon’s ex-husband was already placed under judicial protection following his health problems and the various interventions of his children in the media.

Following the decision of the Montargis court to place Alain Delon under reinforced guardianship, Anouchka Delon spent time with her father and her son Lino. On April 8, she published a story in which she shared this sweet family moment with her subscribers. Through her publication, she wanted to preserve the privacy of her little boy by writing a subtle message. In a photo of her son’s backpack and water bottle, in the colors of the superhero Spider-Man, the young woman noted: “Sunday at Opa’s” – tender nickname that Lino uses to designate his grandfather, Alain Delon. The mother also added a little red heart, before writing: “With great power comes great responsibility.”
