This new operation takes the form of the acquisition by Alan Allman Associates, via its subsidiary Alan Allman Associates France, of 100% of the shares of Keyboss Group. Through this acquisition, the Ecosystem wishes to strengthen its French activities around cash management, process optimization and project management.
