Issy-les-Moulineaux, June 22, 2022 – 6 p.m. – Alan Allman Associates (Euronext Paris – FR0000062465 – the “Ecosystem” – AAA), an ecosystem of international consulting firms, announces that it has signed an amendment to the liquidity contract concluded on April 14, 2021 with Portzamparc – BNP Paribas, in order to increase the resources allocated.
Within the limit of AMF Decision No. 2021-01 of June 22, 2021 establishing liquidity contracts on equity securities as an accepted market practice, AAA decides to increase the means of the liquidity contract by 800,000 euros.
