(CercleFinance.com) – Alan Allman Associates announces a capital increase reserved for a restricted circle of selling shareholders of The Human Factory.
Alan Allman Associates thus issued 15,576 new shares on June 28, an issue carried out on the basis of the volume-weighted average price of the three trading sessions preceding the setting of the issue price, without discount.
The 15,576 new shares thus issued are added to the 43,243,041 shares issued, ie a new total of 43,258,617 shares. These new shares represent approximately 0.036% of the capital, thus diluting the shareholders in a non-significant manner by 0.036%.
These new shares increase the free float.
