(CercleFinance.com) – Alan Allman Associates announces a capital increase reserved for a restricted circle of investors.
The company thus issued, on October 3, 158,322 new shares. These issues were all carried out on the basis of the volume-weighted average price of the three trading sessions preceding the fixing of the issue price, without discount. The 158,322 new shares thus issued represent approximately 0.36% of the capital, thus increasing the free float.
The settlement-delivery of the new shares and their admission to trading on the Euronext Paris market should take place by Thursday, October 13, 2022.
This capital increase operation falls within the context of the entry of new shareholders into the capital of Alan Allman Associates.
