Martin Menzi and Kurt Rüegg, long-time managing partners, will gradually withdraw from day-to-day activities, thus ensuring a smooth transition.
Michael Maag has 20 years of investment banking experience. He was previously head of investment banking for Morgan Stanley in Switzerland.
Martin Gamperl has 15 years of investment banking experience. He was previously Principal of the Swiss Corporate Finance Advisory team of Rothschild & Co.
