(Boursier.com) — Marie-Claire Daveu today informed Albioma of his intention to make his position as Director available to the Board as of July 31, 2022, his candidacy for the position of Director soon to be submitted to the General Meeting of Engie shareholders.
The composition of Albioma’s Board of Directors will be reviewed accordingly in the coming months.
