(CercleFinance.com) – Morgan Stanley declared to the AMF that it crossed upwards, on July 19, the thresholds of 5% of Albioma’s capital and voting rights and indirectly holds 5.86% of the capital and voting rights of the renewable energy group.
The American investment bank explains that this crossing results from an acquisition of Albioma shares on the market. On this occasion, its subsidiary Morgan Stanley & Co International exceeded the same thresholds.
