(CercleFinance.com) – Albioma announces that on August 17 it finalized the acquisition in Brazil of a portfolio of six photovoltaic power plants for a total installed capacity of 31.6 MWp, plants located in four Brazilian states and fully operational.
Under the terms of the contract signed with GreenYellow, the French renewable energy producer becomes the sole shareholder of the companies holding these projects operating within the framework of distributed generation with quality counterparties.
Albioma adds that the local Brazilian competition authority (CADE) has approved the transaction without restriction, but that the contract remains subject to other price adjustments and other clauses typical of this type of transaction.
