(Boursier.com) — By letter received on May 13 at the AMF, Societe Generale declared having crossed upwards, on May 11, the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of the company Albioma. She holds 1,644,586 Albioma shares representing as many voting rights, i.e. 5.09% of the company’s capital and voting rights.
This crossing of thresholds results from an off-market acquisition of Albioma shares, as a result of which the trading exemption no longer applies for the declarant.
