(CercleFinance.com) – Albioma announces that following the closing of the reopened offer initiated by KKR on September 9, 2,536,724 Albioma shares and 223 BSAARs were tendered, according to the results of the friendly takeover bid published by the AMF.
At the settlement-delivery of the reopening of the offer, scheduled for September 26, KKR will hold a total of 29,887,142 shares, representing 92.19% of Albioma’s capital and voting rights, and 551,428 BSAARs, i.e. 99.99 % of outstanding BSAARs.
KKR will therefore ask the AMF to implement the squeeze-out procedure targeting Albioma shares and BSAARs at the same prices as those of the offer, ie 50 euros per share and 29.10 euros per BSAAR.
