(CercleFinance.com) – Following the announcement of the planned acquisition of LeasePlan on January 6, ALD announces the signature of the framework agreement for this acquisition, following the completion of the information and consultation process with works councils concerned.
This binding framework agreement confirms the terms of the transaction as disclosed earlier this year. To ensure a successful integration, ALD and LeasePlan have set up an integration management office.
The main next steps leading to closing are regulatory and antitrust filings. The transaction is expected to close by the end of 2022, subject to customary closing conditions.
