(AOF) – ALD announces that following the resolutions approved at the General Meeting of May 24, 2023, Pierre Palmieri, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Societe Generale, has been appointed Director, replacing Didier Hauguel who announced his intention to resign from his term of office as of this Meeting. Pierre Palmieri was also elected as Chairman of the Board of Directors of ALD replacing Diony Lebot, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Societe Generale “following recent changes in the governance of the Societe Generale group”.
Having joined Société Générale in 1987, Pierre Palmieri has headed its global finance division since 2012.
