The mobile phone provider Aldi Talk is currently experiencing network disruptions. Some point to bigger problems. Users in western Germany are particularly affected.

There are currently problems with Aldi Talk. Users in western Germany in particular, but also some from other parts of the country, are currently reporting to us that they are having difficulties using their mobile phones in particular.

Just a few minutes earlier, several hundred users reported problems with the mobile operator O2. The fact that both services belong to the Telefónica network indicates that this is a major disruption in the overarching network. The Telefónica network is also used by the provider 1&1, for which we currently have no fault reports.
