Aldi Talk: Portal MeinAldiTalk not available – that’s the reason

It is currently not possible to log in to MeinAldiTalk. As can be seen in the Netzwelt fault indicator, there are problems with this throughout Germany. The reason is apparently a software problem at the parent company Telefónica, which is already being worked on.

The problems can also affect cellular usage. As the Telefónica brand O2 reports, there are also difficulties in managing the prepaid packages you have booked. As a result, you will sometimes be treated as if your credit or data volume had been used up. This means that no internet use is possible. Here, too, a solution is already being worked on.

The problems not only affect AldiTalk, but also the Telefónica brands O2, Fonic and Blau.de.
