This March 15 at the cinema, follow the overwhelming adventure of Thelma, mother deciding to pursue the dreams of her son in order to get him out of the coma. Trailer of The Chamber of Wonders, the new Lisa Azuelos, worn by Alexandra Lamy.

It’s the crazy gamble of a mother ready to do anything to help her son wake up from a coma. After the accident of Louis, 12 years old, Thelma decides to carry out in his place the “10 things to do before the end of the world” that he had written down in his diary.

By listening to these adventures, Louis will see how beautiful life is and that he must come back! By fulfilling the dreams of a teenager at forty, Thelma will live an incredible journey that will take her much further than she imagined…

After the sorority in Comme t’y es belle, the passage to adolescence in the emblematic LOL, the question of infidelity in A meeting, the fusional mother-daughter relationship in My baby, the life of Dalida in a biopic and even her own story in I Love America, Lisa Azuelos gives us a new feature film that should certainly transport us.

Adapted from the eponymous novel by Julien Sandrel, The Room of Wonders tells the story of Thelma and her 12-year-old son, Louis. While the latter finds himself between life and death after a terrible accident, this mother whose destiny changes overnight makes the decision to make her boy’s dreams come true in the hope that he will come out of the coma.

Highlighting once again the extent of her talent and her palette as an actress, Alexandra Lamy works wonders in the role of this mother, and signs a performance full of finesse and emotion. She shares the poster with the young Hugo Questel (I promise you), Xavier Lacaille (Parliament) or Muriel Robin. A moving feature film and an ode to life not to be missed, on March 15 at the cinema.
