The marriage of “Gilmore Girls” star Alexis Bledel and “Mad Men” actor Vincent Kartheiser has ended after eight years.
“Gilmore Girls” star Alexis Bledel (40) and “Mad Men” actor Vincent Kartheiser (43) are getting divorced. Like a representative of the actress the “People” magazine confirmed, Kartheiser already filed the divorce papers on August 10th.
Bledel and Kartheiser met on the set of “Mad Men” in 2012, where he played the role of Pete Campbell. Bledel joined as Beth Dawes in season five and had an affair with his character. Shortly after, the two actors were spotted kissing in public. The two married in 2014 and had a child together in 2015.
Child and marriage always kept private
The two always kept their relationship and their child out of the public eye. in one Interview with “Vulture” Kartheiser explained in 2014 that he didn’t want to share his love with the world and flaunt it because it was something magical.
