Unveiled at Summer Game Fest 2022, Aliens: Dark Descent come back with some news. Focus Entertainment and Tindalos Interactive reveal the first long gameplay sequence of their title in a new trailer, and take the opportunity to announce its release date. The strategy action game will therefore be released on June 20, 2023 and will be available on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series.
Aliens: Dark Descent presents itself as a tactical action game of squad management, all in real time. You will play a commander at the head of a squad of Colonial Marines whose goal is simple. Put an end to a Xenomorph infestation taking place on the Moon. To carry out your mission, you will have to act with caution. Any death is final and above all your enemies will be able to adapt to your tactics to hunt you down.
In addition to the Xenomorphs, your troops will have to face deserters from Weyland-Yutani as well as creatures also in the universe ofAlien. But don’t panic, to overcome all this little world, your soldiers can be improved thanks to a great range of weapons, skills and unique abilities. Be careful, however, to manage your resources well, otherwise you risk not being able to put an end to the invasion before it is too late.
