Baby news from "Sat.1 Breakfast TV" presenter Alina Merkau! The 34-year-old will be a mother for the second time and announced the good news on Monday (February 23) on Instagram. There she proudly presented her baby bump.
To the photo in which the presenter looks surprised at her stomach and embraces it, she wrote: "Oh Hi!" and continued to among other things the hashtags "#babyontheway" and "#roundtwo". Fans and colleagues such as Marlene Lufen (50) or Angela Finger-Erben (41) congratulated Merkau on the good news. During the moderation of "Sat.1. Breakfast TV" the next day (February 23), she was surprised by her colleagues with further congratulations.
The blonde has been moderating the morning format on Sat.1 since October 2014. She was previously active as a radio presenter and actress. In her private life, she found happiness with event manager Rael Hoffmann (36), with whom she has been in a relationship since 2013. The couple first became parents in 2016 when their daughter Rosa was born. The wedding followed two years later.
