Aliocha Schneider, Virginie Efira’s brother-in-law appears with his famous sweetheart: a shower of children of stars at the Chanel fashion show

Haute Couture week continues with the program featuring the most beautiful fashion houses from around the world. On January 23, 2024, the second day of this new edition, it was Chanel who made a splash by presenting its spring-summer 2024 collection, inspired by the world of dance and ballet – an aesthetic that we call “balletcore” – with a few light street-wear touches. “I tried to bring together the power and finesse of bodies and clothes in a very light collection, made of tulle, ruffles, pleats and lace“, she explains in the notes of her fashion show, organized at the ephemeral Grand Palais in Paris. On the guest list, we find in particular Julie Gayet, Arielle Dombasle, Elsa Zylberstein, Ramata-Toulaye Sy, Sabina Jakubowicz, Bel Powley but also a whole clique of children of stars including Iman Perez – the daughter of Vincent Perez and Karine Silla -, Kim Higelin – the daughter of Kên Higelin, granddaughter of Jacques Higelin, recently starring in the film The consent – and Cécile Cassel.

On the catwalk installed in the ephemeral Grand Palais in Paris, actress and model Margaret Qualley, daughter of Andie MacDowell, made the first appearance in a white ensemble with a Pierrot collar. In terms of background music, the French brand has offered itself a “little boost of youth” by picking up the rapper Kendrick Lamar for a musical collaboration. On the heart side, a couple charmed the crowd by coming to attend the parade. This is Aliocha Schneider, the brother of Niels Schneider and brother-in-law of Virginie Efira – they recently starred together in the series Everything is fine – and his partner the singer-songwriter Charlotte Cardin.

They have loved each other in music for a long time.
