"All in the kitchen": the ingredients of Cyril Lignac's recipes for Friday, March 27, 2020: Femme Actuelle Le MAG

All in the kitchen! It’s the name of Cyril Lignac's new show, broadcast every day, Monday to Friday, until April 3 at least. Every evening at 6:45 p.m., the French can change their ideas in front of M6 by cooking in these confinement time linked to the coronavirus crisis. A live program to combine business with pleasure and offer the people of France to prepare their dinner while having fun watching their TV. With them, in their screen, the host Jérôme Anthony, who tries to follow the chef's advice from his kitchen at Nancy. Several French families are also on the duplex to prepare delicious meals directly. Finally, guests intervene regularly. Camille Cerf, Kev Adams, Max Boublil and even Ary Abittan have made appearances.

The recipe for All in the kitchen works wonderfully : since its launch on Saturday March 22, 2020, the new program of the sixth channel has been a hit. The first evening, the program gathered more than 1,301,000 viewers and 6.2% market share. M6 therefore decided, “Following very positive comments after the first broadcast”, to program All in the kitchen every night … until further notice. And for everyone to find themselves in the kitchen facing the favorite cook of the French, you still have to have all the ingredients to be ready. Parmesan ham shellfish risotto
The ingredients for 4 people :
• Coquillettes (360 grams)
• 4 slices of ham
• 1 onion
• 2 cloves garlic
• Grated cheese (Comté, emmental or gruyère)
• Fresh cream (4 tbsp)
• 1 chicken broth

Gluten-Free Apple Crumble
The ingredients for 4 people :
Apples :
• 5 apples (Reine des Reinettes or golden)
• 30g of soft butter in ointment
• 30g of caster white sugar
• Cinnamon Crumble gluten free:
• 200g of rice flour (or wheat flour but there will be gluten)
• 65g almond powder
• 25g of cane sugar
• 145g cold semi-salted butter in small cubes

Recipe ingredients for Tuesday March 24

TARTINE EGG MIMOSA, tuna / cream cheese
The ingredients for 4 people :
• 4 slices of bread (from the countryside)
• 4 fresh eggs
• 1 can of fresh cheese
• 1 can of tuna in oil
• Some pickles (8 to 12)
• ½ bunch of chives • Olive oil
• 1 lemon • Espelette pepper or chili powder (optional)

VEGETABLE WOK (Carrot, onion, potato + quinoa)
The ingredients for 4 people :
• 2 carrots (100 g)
• 1 onion
• 2 potatoes
• 1 broccoli or 1 cauliflower
• 1 sucrine or 1 salad
• 1 C. to s. soy sauce
• 1 C. to s. honey
• 1 C. to s. vinegar • Vegetable oil or Olive Oil
• 150g quinoa (rice, bulgur, lentils)
• 2 whole eggs
• Crushed salted roasted peanuts (or almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios)
• Coriander or mint leaf (optional)

CHOCOLATE ROLL
The ingredients for 4 people :
Biscuit :
• 2 egg yolks
• 3 whole eggs
• 220g caster sugar (separate into 2 quantities: 135 g + 85 g)
• 6 egg whites
• 85g Flour Icing Recipe:
• 50g of chopped and roasted almonds
• 225g milk chocolate
• 25g of sunflower oil

Ingredients for the Thursday March 26 recipe

CARROT VELVET SCENTED WITH CURCUMA
The ingredients for 4 people :
• 250g of carrots
• 40g of sweet butter
• 2g of turmeric powder or cumin or curry
• 25 cl of liquid cream
• Coarse salt
Finishing elements:
• Some crushed hazelnuts or almonds or pistachios
• Golden croutons
• 100g of ricotta or cream cheese
• 4 small fresh mint leaves

BANANA PANCAKES AND CARAMEL SAUCE
The ingredients for 4 people :
Pancakes:
• 250 gr of flour
• 30 gr of sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 packet of dry yeast
• 65 gr of sweet butter
• 1 pinch of salt
• 30 cl of whole milk
• Vegetable oil
The last element:
• 1 banana
Caramel sauce:
• 230g whipping cream (whole liquid cream)
• 200g caster sugar
• 4g of fleur de sel
