"All in the kitchen": the ingredients of Cyril Lignac's recipes from Monday, March 30, 2020: Femme Actuelle Le MAG

All in the kitchen! It’s the name of Cyril Lignac's new show, broadcast every day, Monday to Friday, until April 3 at least. Every evening at 6:45 p.m., the French can change their ideas in front of M6 by cooking in these confinement time linked to the coronavirus crisis. A live program to combine business with pleasure and offer the people of France to prepare their dinner while having fun watching their TV. With them, in their screen, the host Jérôme Anthony, who tries to follow the chef's advice from his kitchen at Nancy. Several French families are also on the duplex to prepare delicious meals directly. Finally, guests intervene regularly. Camille Cerf, Kev Adams, Max Boublil and even Ary Abittan have made appearances.

The recipe for All in the kitchen works wonderfully : since its launch on Saturday March 22, 2020, the new program of the sixth channel has been a hit. The first evening, the program gathered more than 1,301,000 viewers and 6.2% market share. M6 therefore decided, “Following very positive comments after the first broadcast”, to program All in the kitchen every night … until further notice. And for everyone to find themselves in the kitchen facing the favorite cook of the French, you still have to have all the ingredients to be ready. You will find, below, the list of all ingredients which you will use to prepare the chef's recipes until the end of the week, Friday, April 3, 2020.

Monday March 30:

Veal cooked in mustard cream, green asparagus and mushrooms
The ingredients for 4 people :
• 600 g of veal cut into small cubes or poultry
• 30 g of butter
• 1 dash of olive oil
• 20 cl of fresh cream
• 1 tablespoon old-fashioned mustard
• 1 onion
• 8 green asparagus (or nothing)
• 8 buttonless and washed button mushrooms
Utensils :
• 1 dish in cast iron or ceramic
• 1 spatula
• 1 tablespoon
• 1 board
• 1 slicing knife

CHOCOLATE SOUP
The ingredients for 4 people :
• 300 g milk chocolate or dark chocolate
• 200 g of whole liquid cream
• 400 g of cold whole liquid cream
• 4 scoops of vanilla or pistachio ice cream
Utensils :
• 2 salad bowls
• 1 pan
• 1 whip
• 1 maryse
• 1 hand mixer
• 1 hand blender

Tuesday March 31:

TOMATO RAGOUT MACARONI, MOZZARELLA
The ingredients for 4 people :
• 700 g of sausage meat or minced meat
• olive oil
• 1 onion
• 1 can of peeled tomatoes with coulis of 450g (or 1 can of tomato coulis or 1 can of crushed tomatoes)
• 320 g of dry macaroni or penne or shells • coarse salt • 2 balls of mozzarella of 125g or other spun cheese or cream cheese
• 1 piece of 50 g parmesan or grated parmesan • Herbs for cooking stew and for decoration (basil / oregano / thyme / bay leaf)
Utensils :
• 1 cast iron dish or 1 ceramic dish
• 1 pan
• 2 spatulas
• 1 colander
• 1 large sauté pan (meat cooking)
• 1 spoon
• 1 board
• 1 slicing knife

SNOW EGGS WITH LEMON, ENGLISH VANILLA CREAM
The ingredients for 4 people :
• 4 egg whites
• 50 g of sugar
• 1 lime zest
• 3 egg yolks
• 30 cl of whole milk
• 70 g vanilla sugar
Utensils :
• 2 salad bowls
• 1 hand mixer
• 1 maryse
• 1 microplane or a classic grater
• 1 roll of food film

Wednesday April 1:

GRATIN DAUPHINOIS, HEART OF LETTUCE ACIDULATED VINAIGRETTE
The ingredients for 4 people :
• 1 kg of potatoes
• 20 cl of whole liquid cream
• 75 cl of whole milk
• 4 lettuce hearts without the large leaves
• olive oil
• 2 lemon juice
Utensils :
• 1 baking dish
• 1 mandoline or 1 slicing knife
• 1 pan
• 1 spatula
• 1 salad bowl
• 1 board
• 1 peeler

STRAWBERRY SALAD WITH ORANGE FLOWER, LIGHT CREAM
The ingredients for 4 people :
• 200 g strawberries
• Orange tree Flower water
• 50 cl of whole milk
• 3 egg yolks
• 60 g cornstarch (cornstarch)
• 80 g vanilla sugar
• 20 cl of whole cold liquid cream

POTATO BLINIS, ACIDULATED CREAM, SMOKED TROUT

• 100 g fresh cream or raw cream
• cumin or nutmeg
• 1 shallot • olive oil
• 1 bunch of chives or dill or basil
• 1 lemon juice
• 4 slices of smoked trout or smoked salmon

• fleur de sel • Espelette pepper or chili powder
• 2 yellow lemons
• 100 g of cherry tomatoes or crushed tomatoes
• 100g of peas cooked in boiling salted water
• 1 small broccoli • 1 dozen olives

RASPBERRY LOST BREAD

• 4 thick brioche slices or fairly thick bread

• 2 125g trays of raspberries
• 10 g of sugar (cooking raspberries)
