There will be no backstage parties and no “Row Zero” at the upcoming Rammstein concerts in Munich.
Since a concert in the Lithuanian capital Vilnius on May 22, 2023, Rammstein singer Till Lindemann (60) has faced massive allegations. The trigger was a social media post by a concert visitor. She claimed she was given knockout drops at a backstage party as part of the performance.
Later the woman presented clear on twitterthat there had been no sexual contact with Lindemann. There she wrote, among other things: “Till did NOT touch me.”

No “Row Zero” at concerts in Munich
Four Rammstein concerts are scheduled for the next few days in Munich’s Olympic Stadium. As the “Süddeutsche Zeitung” reported, an application was submitted by the city council faction of the Munich Greens, in which special conditions should apply to the events between June 7th and 11th. Among other things, it called for a “review” by the district administration department to investigate “whether and at which concerts a so-called series zero should be prohibited as a condition for security reasons”. In addition, a decision should be made as to whether so-called “awareness teams” and “safe spaces” can be made mandatory for the fans at the performances.
As the “image” reported, a decision was made at short notice on this issue on Monday afternoon. The spokesman for Olympiapark München GmbH officially announced: “There will be no Row Zero and no after-show parties. The organizers and the band decided that.”
Performance ban is not up for debate
According to media reports, however, there will be no official ban on performing. At the request of “Image” The SPD parliamentary group leader in Munich City Council, Anne Hübner (44), commented on this option as follows: “240,000 people bought tickets for four concerts in Munich. We cannot cancel the concerts, otherwise we will be faced with high claims for damages in the tens of millions . That’s why we haven’t thought about it yet. There are contractual obligations.”
When asked by the newspaper, Munich economics officer Clemens Baumgärtner (46, CSU) announced: “We are monitoring the development of the allegations very closely .” However, it will not be possible to cancel the concerts “in case of hardship”.
