(Boursier.com) — Allianz Global Investors, one of the world’s leading players in active management, announces the appointment of Guillaume Baret as Head of Network Animation. Within the sales department, under the responsibility of Christophe Auget, Network Animation Director, Guillaume will be responsible for supporting the Paris North-East region of proprietary networks.

37 years old, Guillaume Baret holds a Masters in Financial Management from EM Normandie and a Masters II in portfolio management from IAE Gustave Eiffel. He completed an Executive MBA at ESSEC from 2019 to 2020. Before joining AllianzGI, Guillaume Baret began his career in 2007 as an analyst and UCITS selection at Natixis in London. In 2009, he joined Candriam to evolve as Head of Institutional Clients France before becoming EMEA Key Account Coordinator between 2014 and 2018, then Head of Commercial Coordination in charge of global financial institutions.
