Almost two per thousand – alcoholic drivers caused a rear-end collision on the A1

A 26-year-old alcoholic driver drove his car onto the trailer of a 37-year-old truck driver driving in front of him on Sunday morning on the Westautobahn (A1) at the Wallersee junction in the direction of Salzburg.

The accident occurred on the A1 in the right lane in the direction of Salzburg. Nobody was injured in the accident. The alcohol test showed that the driver of the car had 1.84 per mille. The police took away the driver’s license and reported the man. The trailer and the car were no longer ready to drive.
