Diablo IV
Diablo IV is the fourth episode of the Blizzard saga, but can be played independently and even constitutes a great entry point into the universe of the saga. The game is a typical hack ‘n’ slash with efficient gameplay where you move forward, hit enemies, collect loot and gain experience. Even if the gameplay is a little repetitive, the combat is enjoyable and technical, and the customization of your character is addictive. Visually, the game is stunning with solid technique that does justice to the incredible art direction. Apart from the menus which lack readability, and suffer from somewhat capricious navigation with the controller, the well-thought-out shortcuts allow the title to be effective on console.
Assassin’s Creed Mirage
Assassin’s Creed Mirage is the thirteenth episode of the franchise Assassin’s Creed. The game returns to the basics of the series, and places its plot in the Baghdad of 861. You play Basim Ibn Ishaq, a simple thief, already seen in the previous game Assassin’s creed valhallhas. This new opus tightens its plot for a better experience, better written and more frontal. The return to basics is welcome and is accompanied by a nice artistic direction and effective gameplay.
And the Xbox Series X in all this?
The Xbox Series is currently less extensive than on PS5, Xbox Game Pass offers unlimited access to a large library of titles. The recent Starfield is also playable for free, if you have a subscription. Microsoft regularly adds new titles to the catalog.
