Alpha MOS: turnover and prospects welcomed without emotion – 03/15/2023 at 11:56

(CercleFinance.com) – Alpha MOS reported last night that annual revenue for 2022 was up 4% to 5.8 million euros and said it expects growth to accelerate in 2023, announcements that were greeted without emotion by the market on Wednesday.

After a first half marked by confinements in China and a slowdown in investments linked to the war in Ukraine and the inflation of raw materials, the manufacturer of electronic noses indicates that the second half saw the return of strong growth.

Its revenue over the second half of the year is thus up by more than 40% compared to the first half of 2022 and by 30% compared to the second half of 2021.

Alpha MOS, which underlines that Asia has once again become a growth engine, says it is able to absorb strong commercial growth in 2023, while maintaining the level of its operational performance.

For its Foodtech activity, the group says it wants to maintain its growth momentum with the maintenance of a double-digit growth rate.

On the Medtech side, Alpha MOS wishes to continue to seek specialized investors likely to help it support the development of the activity.

All these announcements were received without much enthusiasm on Wednesday at the Paris Stock Exchange, where the title showed a gain limited to 0.7% since the start of the morning.
