The son of the late singer Alphonso Williams is currently in intensive care. Mother Manuela is "terrified".

In October 2019, the "DSDS" winner Alphonso Williams ("Mr. Bling Bling Classics") died at the age of only 57 as a result of cancer. Now the bereaved of "Mr. Bling Bling" have to worry about his only early 30-year-old son Raphael. As mother Manuela Williams announced in an interview with RTL, Raphael even had to be transferred to the intensive care unit of an Oldenburg hospital. The reason for this is kidney problems – as was the case with his famous father a few years ago.

"I'm really terrified," said Alphonso Williams' widow in a video interview. "Raphael had been breathing shallowly during the night." His fiancée noticed this and alerted the 911 – there was a suspicion of a heart attack. This has since been ruled out, but his state of health is apparently also a mystery to doctors: "Something is happening in his body. And nobody can really say what. And nobody can say what the consequences are – that scares me." It was the same with Alphonso a few years ago, recalls Manuela Williams.

"Raphael must be in terrible pain and every mother and father can not stand it when the child is in pain. No matter what age, our children remain." All of this made the terrible memories of the death of Alphonso Williams, the worried widow and mother, break open again.
