(CercleFinance.com) – Alstom announces that, during its third quarter 2022-23, sales grew by 8% to 4.22 billion euros, and recorded 5.15 billion euros in orders (including 58% in services, signaling and systems).
For the first nine months of 2022-23, the turnover of the transport equipment manufacturer increased by 8% to 12.3 billion euros, in line with the targeted trajectory, and its order intake stood to 15.2 billion.
With an order book at 31 December 2022 of 84.6 billion euros, Alstom is targeting for the current financial year, an increase in sales in line with the medium-term objective and an adjusted operating margin in the range of 5.1 to 5.3%.
