(CercleFinance.com) – BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds, declared to the AMF that on February 29 it had crossed the thresholds of 5% of Alstom’s capital and voting rights and held 5.22% of the capital and voting rights of the transport equipment manufacturer.
The American asset management giant specifies that this crossing of thresholds results from the acquisition of Alstom shares on the market and an increase in the number of shares held as collateral.
