(CercleFinance.com) – BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds, declared to the AMF that on December 22 it had fallen below the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of Alstom and that it held , on behalf of said clients and funds, 4.98% of the capital and voting rights.
The American asset management juggernaut specifies that this crossing of thresholds results from a sale of Alstom shares on the market and a reduction in the number of shares of the railway equipment manufacturer held as collateral.
