(CercleFinance.com) – Bpifrance Investissement, acting on behalf of the free partnership company LAC I SLP, declared to the AMF that it exceeded, on January 31, the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of Alstom, following an acquisition of shares on the market.
The public financial institution specified that it holds, on behalf of LAC I SLP, 19,174,275 Alstom shares representing as many voting rights, or 5.10% of the capital and voting rights of the public transport equipment manufacturer.
