(CercleFinance.com) – Alstom announces that it has signed, via its Stockholm Innovation Station, a memorandum of understanding with Tåg i Bergslagen (TiB), railway operator in the Bergslagen region, in Sweden.
This agreement marks the start of a unique two-year collaboration dedicated to exploring and developing new technologies to transform the rail industry.
‘By combining our innovation capabilities with the expertise of Tåg i Bergslagen, we can collaboratively develop rail solutions for the future and contribute to even more sustainable and efficient rail traffic,’ says Maria Signal Martebo, Managing Director of ‘Alstom in Sweden.

As part of this agreement, Alstom’s Innovation Station and TiB are committed to collaborating on the development of solutions in the detection and repulsion of wildlife, in the collection of data and their analysis via AI, or even the development of new technologies for the passenger information system.
