(CercleFinance.com) – Alstom announced today that it has completed the transfer of activities related to Bombardier Transportation’s contribution to the V300ZEFIRO very high-speed train to Hitachi Rail.
‘This transaction was part of the commitments made by Alstom to the European Commission as part of the acquisition of Bombardier Transport’, indicates the industrialist.
Alstom will continue to honor its obligations regarding rolling stock orders from Trenitalia and ILSA to ensure a smooth transition.
