(Boursier.com) — Caisse d’Epargne CEPAC, via its subsidiary CEPAC Foncière, acquires off-plan the student campus of the ESSCA School of Management from Cogedim and Spirit Provence in co-promotion. The building for the exclusive use of training and higher education is located in the Jas-de-Bouffan district of Aix-en-Provence. It will develop a surface area of 5,600 m2 in R+3 and will be delivered and put into operation at ESSCA in June 2025. The building will benefit from exceptional accessibility.
