(CercleFinance.com) – The ex-dividend for the 2021 financial year voted by the 3rd resolution of the combined general meeting of shareholders of May 24, 2022 took place on May 27, 2022.
The company indicates that the number of treasury shares held by the Company, not entitled to dividends, stands at 99,219, at the end of the last trading session preceding the ex-date, i.e. 26 May 2022.
‘The number of shares eligible for the 2021 dividend, taking into account a total number of shares making up the share capital of 20,293,271 and after deduction of treasury shares, currently stands at 20,194,052 shares’.
Consequently, the dividend of nine euros and seventy-five cents (E9.75) per share voted by the general meeting gives rise to a total amount of €196,892,007.00 to be paid to shareholders.
