The shareholders of ALTHEORA are invited to the Combined General Meeting which will be held on Tuesday June 14, 2022 at 10 a.m., at the Group’s head office at 3 rue des Condamines in Mauves (07300).
The current health situation allows ALTHEORA to hold its General Meeting without restriction of shareholder attendance. Depending on the evolution of the health and/or regulatory situation, the methods of organization of the general meeting of shareholders may change.
Shareholders are invited to regularly consult the section dedicated to General Meetings on the website, which could be updated to specify, where applicable, the final terms and conditions of participation in this General Meeting according to the health and/or legal imperatives that may arise. after publication of the notice.
The notice of meeting including the agenda and the text of the resolutions was published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires of April 29, 2022. The procedures for participating and voting in this Meeting are listed on page 23 of the notice of meeting. .
