(Boursier.com) — The Group Altheora announced, in 2021, its 2021-2026 strategic plan, called Inspire & Lead industrial recovery. This plan is based on the strengths, values, singularities of the group and a clear vision: “to become the 1st efficient and responsible ETI in the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes region: the European leader in the design and manufacture of parts in composite materials, capable of generating sustainable growth and contributing to the reindustrialization of its territory”.
In order to strengthen its development and achieve the objective of a turnover of 100 million euros by 2026, Altheora has recruited for key functions.
Thus, Sylvie Clairet has been appointed Director of Social Performance within the Altheora Group to support its strong development.
Daniele Polichetti has been appointed Site Manager of Mauves (Ardèche) of Mecelec Compositesa company of the Altheora Group.
He joined the Altheora group in March 2022 within the company Mecelec Composites to take responsibility for the Group’s historic site in Mauves.
Fabrice Magoni, who has been Industrialization Manager of the Mauves (Ardèche) site of Mecelec Composites since March 2022, has also been appointed Manager of Good Practices for the Altheora Group.
Nicolas Besson is appointed Supply Chain Manager of the Altheora Group. Expert for 20 years in all issues related to the supply chain from upstream to downstream (implementation and development of efficient tools and processes, SnOP, WMS, …), his mission since at the end of 2021, to organize the resources, means and processes necessary for an agile and robust supply chain for the entire Altheora Group.
