(Boursier.com) — Altheora announces the opening of exclusive negotiations for the acquisition of 100% of the capital of a company expert in the development and production of large format thermoplastic injection parts.
The company, located in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, achieves a turnover of more than 10 ME, and has nearly fifty employees.
“The operation aims to increase Altheora’s value proposition by integrating a new and complementary skill, expertise in the techniques of injection of large format plastic parts. If sectoral synergies exist within the customer portfolios, in particular in construction and mobility, sectors which would thus be strengthened, the operation would also allow Altheora to penetrate new sectors, in particular that of Sports & Leisure or even Mass Distribution”, welcomes the company, which recalls that this acquisition is part of the execution of its strategic plan aimed in particular at achieving a turnover target of EUR 100 million by 2026.
The Group could soon consider resorting to the market in order to finance this acquisition project.
