(Boursier.com) — Altur Investment recalls the proposed public buyback offer for its own shares for a maximum nominal amount of 1.90 million euros relating to a maximum number of 760,000 shares of the company, representing approximately 18% of the share capital, at a price of €7.20 per share.

The Chairman of the Company’s Supervisory Board had informed the company of his intention to contribute, within the framework of the OPRA, all of the shares that he holds directly and indirectly through the intermediary of JN. MC Consulting SARL, i.e. a total of 51,748 shares and 51,748 voting rights of the Company, representing 1.23% of the capital and 1.2% of the voting rights of the company.

By letter dated November 7, 2022, the company SOFIVAL, which holds 375,081 shares and 375,081 voting rights, representing 8.89% of the share capital and 8.68% of the voting rights, informed the company of its intention to contribute to the OPRA 187,540 shares and 187,540 voting rights, representing 4.44% of the share capital and 4.34% of the voting rights.

Henceforth, the tender commitments to the offer relate to a total amount of 239,288 shares and 239,288 voting rights, representing 5.67% of the share capital and 5.54% of the voting rights of the company.
