Indeed, Amandine Pellissard, the mother of this large family, revealed during an interview with Jordan de Luxe on C8 that she had made the decision to quit the show that made her a star. A departure which does not seem to be on good terms, given that Amandine Pellissard has decided to lodge a complaint against the production of the programme.
“TAs long as it was directed at us, adults… My husband and I, we are able to defend ourselves and fight back. Behind, there were drifts, more and more. The mother of the family notably denounced the “hidden work“ during filming of the program. During this interview, she actually accused the show of being a “reality TV disguised as a documentary“. Amandine Pellissard affirmed that the production rotated its children up to six hours a day without paying them. In addition, some filming would have cost money to the mother of the family. If Amandine Pellissard was paid up to 100 euros per day of filming, she would have actually spent a lot more because of the demands of the producers. According to her, the production would have asked her to pay restaurants, as well as other family activities.
