Amazon.com: Launch of Luna, an online video game offer

(CercleFinance.com) – Amazon announced on Tuesday the launch this month in the United States of Amazon Luna, a new online video game service for members of its Prime preferential subscription.

The service – available on many devices including Fire TVs, Macs, iPads and Android smartphones – will allow subscribers to play titles like ‘Devil May Cry 5’ online through the installation of a special Luna controller or other compatible accessory.

A paying ‘retro’ channel, for its part, will offer access to older titles such as ‘Street Fighter II – Hyper Fighting’, ‘Metal Slug 3’ or Castlevania, for 4.99 dollars per month.

Internet users wishing to subscribe to the premium service ‘Luna +’ – which will offer a more extensive catalog made up of around a hundred games – will have to subscribe to a subscription of 5.99 dollars per month.

Amazon also plans to market a channel made up of the main new releases from Ubisoft, such as ‘Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla’, ‘Far Cry 6’ and ‘Immortals Fenyx Rising’, called ‘Ubisoft+’, for 17.99 dollars per month.
