(CercleFinance.com) – Amazon announced on Tuesday the launch of an ‘end-to-end’ logistics service for Internet sellers, in a context of global supply chain difficulties.
Called ‘Supply Chain by Amazon’, this new service should allow customers to quickly and reliably deliver their products to their recipients, with guaranteed support from the manufacturers.
According to the Seattle group, the idea is to give sellers the benefit of its advanced capabilities in logistics, order fulfillment and transportation, while allowing them to reduce their costs.
Amazon will collect the items within the production sites, ship them, including internationally, take care of customs duties and manage stocks and replenishments both on the Amazon platform and on other e-commerce sites. line.
‘Sellers can now focus on providing great products to their customers and growing their business and let Amazon take care of the logistics,’ says the internet giant.
