Amazon undercuts Lidl on e-mountain bike: powerful motor and long range at a discount price

Lidl and Amazon are dueling over the price of a powerful e-mountain bike. Initially, Lidl had the better deal, now the mail order company has followed suit.

Even though the cycling season is already in full swing, there are still really good offers for new e-bikes. So if you are still looking, you will find many models at attractive prices. Lidl and Amazon, among others, offer a well-equipped e-mountain bike with the Fischer Montis 4.1i. You can currently get the better offer at Amazon.

The bike has 29-inch tires and a battery with a capacity of 630 watt hours. According to the manufacturer, this enables a range of up to 150 kilometers. The mid-engine comes from Bafang. It offers a torque of 80 Newton meters.

This is strong enough to conquer even steep climbs. The suspension fork is from the manufacturer SR Suntour. Also installed are a 10-speed derailleur and hydraulic disc brakes.

Good equipment, fair price

The e-bike weighs around 25 kilograms and the permissible total weight is 135 kilograms. Considering the price, the equipment is very good. The powerful motor and the decent range are particularly attractive.
